A multinational company is looking to hire qualified
candidates to work with a Senior Designer to conceptualize and develop large scale architectural
designs:
1. Architectural Designer
Degree in Architecture, preferably with at least 5 years' experience in conceptualizing and designing in one of the following fields: High Rise buildings, Commercial, Industrial, Housing Projects, Site Development, Landscaping, Airports, Seaports or other public transport facilities
Preferably knowledgeable in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch up, Revit, Photoshop.
Producing 3D renderings or 3D walk-through or fly-
through animation is an advantage. Sound knowledge
of the building codes and standards of Saudi Arabia.
2. 3D CAD Designer
Associate degree in Engineering or Architecture is an
advantage with at least five years' experience in a
design office producing drawings using AutoCAD, 3D
Max, Sketch up, Revit or Photoshop, 3D modeling,
rendering and developing perspective.
Familiar with the terminology, practices, methods,
and techniques of architectural drafting. Extensive
knowledge of preparing complex schematic drawings
from oral instructions and rough sketches.
Knowledge of designing and preparing accurate
drawings and specifications for buildings.
